How do I know which diploma fits me?
Admissions maps you to the best track based on your background, role goals, and readiness test results where required.
Do NLP and CV tracks require a pre-enrollment test?
Yes. Readiness testing is required before enrollment for NLP/RAG/Agents and Computer Vision tracks.
Is the Automation diploma beginner-friendly?
Yes. The Automation track is designed for beginners and does not require coding prerequisites.
Can I speak with admissions before applying?
Yes. You can book a consultation to validate track fit, readiness, and cohort timing before submission.

Yes. Elevorix has two lanes: operational AI systems for companies and applied diploma tracks for learners.
Do you provide computer vision services for companies?
No. Computer vision is an academy specialization track only.
Can I switch from a full diploma to a shorter advanced track?
In some cases, yes. Admissions may recommend a shorter pathway if your technical baseline already meets advanced entry requirements.

No. n8n educational partner approval applies to the Agentic AI and Automation Ecosystem Diploma only.
What is the n8n claim exactly?
Elevorix states it is the first academy in Egypt approved as an educational partner by n8n for the Automation diploma track.
How should I interpret CompTIA and NVIDIA partner listings?
They are shown as partner/educational ecosystem positioning signals and should be interpreted based on the exact wording shown on the website.
Delivery, Schedule, and Support

Which languages are supported?
Arabic and English support are available across programs.
Are live sessions recorded?
Yes. Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners and quality assurance. Redistribution is prohibited.
How long can I access recordings?
Current learner-facing offer language states recordings are available for one year.
What is your support response time?
Standard support response target is within one business day (Sun-Thu). Live-session critical incidents are prioritized.
Payment, Deferral, and Refunds

What is the refund policy baseline?
100% refund if canceled within 14 days of payment and before start date; 70% if canceled 7 or more days before start; 40% if canceled less than 7 days before start; no refund after start date or for no-shows.
Can I defer enrollment to a later cohort?
One deferral request may be granted subject to seat availability and internal approval.
Do gateway or FX fees apply?
Payments may be charged in EGP or USD. Payment gateway and foreign-exchange fees may apply.
How are cohort dates confirmed before payment?
Admissions confirms next intake windows, seat availability, and onboarding timeline before final payment confirmation.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Installment options may vary by track and intake cycle. Admissions provides the exact plan structure available at the time of your enrollment decision.

Graduation requires working systems, evaluation evidence, architecture documentation, and technical defense readiness.
Does certificate completion guarantee a job?
No. Certification does not guarantee employment; it validates completion of required standards.
What kind of proof can learners show after graduation?
Learners leave with portfolio-grade assets, capstone evidence, and documentation that can be presented in interviews or client discussions.
