Eligibility and Enrollment
1.1 You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
1.2 You confirm all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
1.3 Admission may be limited, deferred, or denied based on cohort capacity, prerequisites, or code-of-conduct risk review.
1.4 Identity verification may be required for exams, certification, and payment risk control.
Program Format and Changes
2.1 Delivery may be live online, hybrid, or self-paced, in Arabic and/or English.
2.2 Syllabi, instructors, schedules, tools, or lab components may change to maintain quality, safety, or availability.
2.3 If minimum enrollment is not met, you may select a deferral or a refund according to Section 6.
2.4 Prerequisites and hardware or software requirements are listed per course track.
Code of Conduct, Integrity and AI Use
3.1 Professional conduct is required. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, or spam is prohibited.
3.2 Academic integrity is mandatory. Plagiarism, data fabrication, or exam misconduct is prohibited.
3.3 AI tools are allowed only where explicitly permitted in each course. Significant AI assistance must be disclosed when required.
3.4 Violations may result in warnings, grading penalties, session removal, suspension, or termination without refund where permitted by policy.
Attendance, Assessment and Certification
4.1 Attendance, deadlines, and project deliverables are defined per course syllabus.
4.2 Late work and make-up rules are defined in each specific course policy.
4.3 Certificates are granted only when all requirements are met. Certification does not guarantee employment.
4.4 Proctoring and verification may include ID checks, camera or microphone monitoring, and plagiarism or AI-use analysis.
Materials, Intellectual Property and Recordings
5.1 All course content (videos, slides, datasets, code templates, labs) is for personal non-commercial use only.
5.2 Copying, recording, reposting, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of content or access is prohibited.
5.3 You retain ownership of your original projects. With prior consent, you grant Elevorix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase work for educational and academic marketing purposes.
5.4 Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners and quality assurance. Redistribution is prohibited.
Fees, Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees may be quoted and charged in EGP or USD. Payment gateway and foreign-exchange fees may apply.
6.2 Taxes or withholding required by law are the payer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3 Scholarships and discounts are discretionary and non-transferable.
6.4 Chargebacks for delivered or accessible services may result in immediate suspension and debt recovery procedures.
- 6.5.1 100% refund if canceled within 14 days of payment and before the course start date.
- 6.5.2 70% refund if canceled 7 or more days before the start date.
- 6.5.3 40% refund if canceled less than 7 days before the start date.
- 6.5.4 No refund after the start date or for no-shows.
6.6 One deferral request may be granted subject to seat availability and internal approval.
Labs, Safety and Acceptable Use
7.1 Labs may use embedded devices (for example NVIDIA Jetson), cloud GPUs, SDR or IoT gear, and security tools.
7.2 Offensive security activity against systems you do not own, or for which you do not hold prior written authorization, is prohibited.
7.3 Resource quotas such as GPU hours, storage limits, and API key usage may apply.
7.4 Sharing credentials or bypassing access controls is prohibited.
Third-Party Platforms
8.1 Programs may integrate videoconferencing, code hosting, cloud infrastructure, and LMS platforms.
8.2 Third-party platform terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
8.3 Service availability or performance limitations from third parties are outside Elevorix control and responsibility.
Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Data collected may include identity, contact, enrollment, progress, submissions, attendance, and payment confirmation.
9.2 Security controls include encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and minimal-retention principles.
9.3 Retention: academic records up to 5 years; payment records as required by law; marketing data until consent withdrawal.
9.4 Rights subject to law may include access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal.
9.5 Privacy requests can be submitted to privacy@elevorix.org.
Support and Service Levels
10.1 Standard response target is within one business day (Sun-Thu, excluding official holidays). Program-critical incidents are prioritized.
10.2 Live-session incidents are handled with a best-effort response target within 30 minutes during class hours.
Suspension and Termination
11.1 Elevorix may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, non-payment, or abusive behavior.
11.2 On suspension or termination, all content licenses cease and any outstanding fees remain payable.
Disclaimers and Liability
12.1 Programs are provided "as is" and "as available" for educational purposes; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
12.2 To the maximum extent allowed by law, Elevorix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected program.
12.3 Force majeure events do not constitute breach.
Complaints and Appeals
13.1 For grade or conduct appeals, email appeals@elevorix.org within 7 days of the decision.
13.2 Target resolution time is within 10 business days.
Changes to Terms
14.1 These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified by email and/or website notice.
14.2 Continued enrollment after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law and Venue
15.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
15.2 Courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
